World Free Zones Organization (WFZO)
The World Free Zones Organization (WFZO) is the global association representing and connecting free zones, special economic zones (SEZs), industrial parks, logistics hubs, and related organizations worldwide.
WFZO provides a global platform for cooperation, knowledge exchange, investment promotion, capacity building, and international partnerships. It brings together zone authorities, operators, governments, investors, international institutions, service providers, and other stakeholders to share expertise, promote best practices, and support sustainable economic development.
WFZO promotes the role of free zones and SEZs as drivers of investment, international trade, industrial development, innovation, employment, technology transfer, and regional economic integration. Its work focuses on effective zone governance, investment attraction, digital transformation, sustainability, infrastructure development, and integration into global value chains.
Through its global network, WFZO facilitates international connections, business matchmaking, conferences, training programs, study visits, and professional development opportunities.
WFZO’s mission is to build a more competitive, sustainable, innovative, and globally connected free zone ecosystem, contributing to economic growth and international cooperation.
